RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
If you don’t love your purchase, don’t panic! We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
To start your refund -

Stating in the email Your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return for the products purchased.
Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and labels and must not have been worn or show evidence of being worn. Unless found faulty, we will refund the item value excluding the original postage charges on receipt. After receiving your return and they have been found unworn, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the account corresponding transaction whether paid with credit card or PayPal. Please allow for an additional few days for your bank to process the return.
If an exchange is something you wish (i.e. a size bigger/smaller), first email us on kouturekids@hotmail.com outlining your request. This is due to having to double check stock. Subject to availability you will then be instructed to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging with a note of your specified request.
Email us to inform of return. Include the original package slip. Seal the parcel and obtain proof of return, then send the parcel to Kouture Kids, 172A Tassagh Road, Armagh, BT60 2QN.
Please Note:
Items must be returned unworn and in good saleable condition with labels.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking.
Kouture Kids does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Kouture Kids does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Kouture Kids.
